| We have a great trout supplier that consistently produces 1-6 pound rainbow trout. The fish are disease free, handled with care and extremely healthy. We stock lots of lakes in our area beginning in November. The trout will grow from one pound to 4 or even 5 pounds (in the presence of a good feeding program) by April or May. Most lakes in our area will not support trout much past June. If the water in your lake or stream never gets above 65 degrees, then you can have trout year round. Watch out for predators such as otters, herons and people! They will all steal your trout! An automatic fish feeder is a must, |
