AQUATIC WEED AND ALGAE CONTROL

Control algae, blue-green algae, and plant growth to improve water quality and increase stormwater retention.

Aquatic vegetation and algae are natural components of healthy lakes and ponds. If left uncontrolled, aquatic vegetation and algae can over populate large or small bodies of water. This overpopulation is unsightly and often degrades water quality, eventually resulting in unpleasant odors and fish kills. Blue-green algae, or cyanobactera, can also be toxic to wildlife, humans, and pets.

Aquatic Resource Management has the experience and the expertise to control the growth of aquatic weeds, maintain water quality, and manage fish populations. To further improve the beauty of ponds, we can also install fountains and aquascaping.
